Our intention is to experience EMBODIED RECLAMATION within yourself and within your wolf pack. This is a potent opportunity to ReVIVIFY your spirit, reclaim parts of yourself by attuning to the beauty and power of the sacred land, the power of food and the liberation in movement and ritual.

We prioritize PLAY, REST, NATURE HEALING, PATHS OF COMPASSION, RITUAL and SHARED RESONANCE with each other.

RECOVERING our right to being supported by community/pack and practicing embodied compassion towards ourselves, each other and the earth.

We will be practicing safety measures during our weekend and many activities are outside and the gardens, land and lodge are very spacious.

This workshop is a game changer for pregnant folks and families. A nurturing, empowering and validating afternoon with Teresa. Tools for pregnancy, birthing, postpartum and relationship.

Pregnant folks can choose a fave person to share this with, their choice of a lover, friend or family member. We go BEYOND intellectual prep and prioritize EXPERIENTIAL prep—this means we PRACTICE the things we are learning. 

We will explore tools and paths to:

• Liberate energy and manage stress 

• Practice co-regulation techniques and non-verbal support

• Explore sovereignty, autonomy and what owning your birth space could look like

• Breath work, meditation

• Massage

• Relaxation techniques 

• Yoga for embodied resiliency

OPEN TO ALL STAGES OF PREGNANCY, open to beginners and whether its your 1st or 5th baby, there are valuable intimacy and autonomy practices that change lives.

I humbly bring over 20 years of full spectrum doula work with families in the realms of fertility, birth, postpartum, loss, grief, end of life and death. I bring my love of witnessing families remember their power, i bring an open heart-without agenda to the space. My hope is that you touch into deep connection and compassion, paths of autonomy, informed choice, liberation beyond the things you cannot control and beauty.

You will need a long scarf, a few pillows, snacks and water.
